Special thanks to over 1,000 individuals from across the Evanston and Skokie community for engaging in the development of the District Leadership Profile this fall. From July-September, consultants from BWP & Associates conducted a number of interviews, focus groups, a community forum, and facilitated a community survey to gather important feedback on the experience and characteristics desired for the next superintendent of District 65. This information will be used as part of the applicant screening and interview process. Candidate screenings and interviews with the School Board will take place through the end of November. During the first week of December, final candidates will spend a “Day in the District” to learn more about our district and schools and will participate in second round interviews with the board as well as a community engagement opportunity.
