Practice will be at Nichols Middle School starting at 3:10pm to 4:15pm on Monday's and Wednesday's.

The dress code is any attire that the students/athletes are comfortable running in, but athletic apparel and running shoes at minimum. As for the meets, I'm trying to enter the team in the following meets. Runners are not obligated to run, but are given the opportunity to compete. Runners are expected to be taken to and from competition, as there will be no school base transportation available.
