District 65 benefit information
Our educators, support staff, and administrators are the heart and soul of our organization. District 65 offers competitive compensation for all staff groups. According to the 2018 Illinois State School Report Card, educators who work in District 65 earn $14,588 higher than the average teacher salary in Illinois. In District 65, we recognize the tremendous impact that each of our staff members make in the lives of students and in the smooth operation of our school district. We put our people first and have developed a compensation system that recognizes and supports the hard work and dedication of our team.
