SACC Summer Program

Ready! Set! Play! It's time again to prepare for summer camp!

The Evanston/Skokie School District 65 School Age Child Care (SACC) program is excited to welcome students for our eighth year of our summer camp programming! Programming will include daily activities, thematic fun days, and field trips.

Camp registration for the 2025 summer began on Tuesday, February 25, 2025 and will close on Friday, April 18, 2025. Space is limited, so be sure to sign up early! Campers must be students at District 65 to enroll in SACC Summer Child Care.

Campers will participate in daily STEAM Activities such as:

  • Arts and crafts
  • Cooking
  • Science
  • Fun games
  • Music and dance
  • Field trips
  • Movies and more!

Our qualified staff members are CPR and First Aid Certified, and SACC is licensed by DCFS.

Summer Fun

Key Details

This year, we will offer one six-week session. Breakfast, lunch, and snacks will be served daily.

Dates: June 16-July 25, 2025

Location: Lincoln Elementary School (901 Forest Ave., Evanston)

Hours and Cost:

  • Full-day option from 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
    • Cost: $2,500 per child
  • Half-day options from 7:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. OR 12:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
    • Cost: $1,250 per child

Registration

Download the Summer 2025 Camp Enrollment Packet below in English or Spanish at your earliest convenience. Email it back to our team (contact information below). Enrollment will close on Friday, April 18, 2025.

Space is limited and enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis. Families are responsible for transportation to and from the program.

Payment Information

There is a $50 non-refundable registration fee for children not previously enrolled in the SACC program in the 2024-2025 school year.

Half of the total cost is due at the time of registration. The remaining balance will be billed and processed in two installments: April 30 and May 15, using the credit card provided at registration. You also have the option to pay the camp balance in full at the time of registration if you so choose. 

  • Full-day option:
    • Initial Payment at registration: $1250
    • April 30 payment; $625
    • May 15 payment: $625
  • Half-day option:
    • Initial Payment at Registration: $625
    • April 30 payment: $313
    • May 15 payment: $312

There will be no refunds after April 30, 2025.

The SACC management team and staff are incredibly excited about hosting summer camp again this year and look forward to connecting with all the families participating in our program!
