School Tours

District 65 has 18 unique school communities with students from across Evanston and a small neighbouring section of Skokie. We are committed to ensuring our schools are welcoming, safe places for all, regardless of race, ethnicity, mental and physical ability status, gender identity, sexual identity, citizenship status, and religion.

Each winter, District 65 attendance-area elementary and magnet schools host open houses for families of incoming kindergarten students to learn more about their new school and the kindergarten experience. We ask that all incoming kindergarten families make every effort to attend one of the scheduled open houses.
