Our team looks forward to serving you this summer! Please be mindful of the following schedule for summer building access and office hours in District 65.

• From June 1 through July 31, the Joseph E. Hill Education Center (administrative offices) will operate on a Monday through Thursday summer work schedule. Staff are working an extended day schedule and district offices will be closed to the public on Fridays. 
• The Center will be open to the public for services Monday through Thursday from 8am-4:30pm. The building will be closed on Juneteenth (June 19) and on July 3 (Fourth of July holiday) to the public and staff.
• Regular hours will resume beginning Monday, August 3.

Student Registration

• Student registration for the 2026-2027 school year is ongoing. Appointments may be made during business hours if your family needs support with the process
• Any questions can be directed to registrationinfo@district65.net or by calling our office at 847-859-8065

Health Forms Submission Information

• All student health forms should be emailed to D65health@district65.net.
• If you have questions regarding health requirements or form submissions, please contact Health Services at D65health@district65.net or reach out to Ms. Oats at 847-859-8122.
• Health Services personnel will return to your child's school building on August 13, 2026. At that time, they will be available to collect health forms, assist families, and answer any questions regarding health requirements and documentation.  
• Families are strongly encouraged to submit health forms as soon as possible. Early submission allows our team to review documents and notify you of any missing information, helping to avoid delays in the student registration process.
