Congratulations to District 65’s 2024 retirees!

May 30 2024

Last week a retirement luncheon was held to honor the D65 employees who are retiring at the end of this school year. This year’s retirees have more than 600 years of combined service in District 65!

At the luncheon, Superintendent Dr. Angel Turner and District 65 Educators’ Council President Dr. Trisha Baker remarked on the hard work, impact, and commitment of this group. “You served as instructors, referees, comforters, guides, pals, disciplinarians, chefs, cheerleaders, field trip supervisors, nurses, custodians, and oh so much more,” Baker said. “I commend you for a job well done.”
