Walker students lend a hand in Nichols Middle School kitchen

Walker Elementary's second graders visited Nichols Middle last week for a hands-on look at the kitchen! Students built yogurt parfaits, learned about healthy snacks, toured the kitchen facilities, and helped D65 Nutrition Services staff prepare pico de gallo by squeezing limes and dicing tomatoes.
