Camp Kuumba
Camp Kuumba is a free summer and school year program designed to give Black students of Evanston equitable opportunities to discover themselves and the world around them through their participation in sports, arts, reading, exploration, financial literacy, STEM, and community service projects.
Camp Kuumba is looking for participants who are interested in year-round enrichment, exploration, and discovery opportunities in addition to the summer program.
Session Information
Camp KUUMBA Session One is open to current 2nd-3rd graders. Camp KUUMBA Session Two is open to current 4th-5th graders. Camp KUUMBA Session Three is open to current 6th-7th grade (boys). Space is limited.

SESSION II
Current 4th/5th grade boys and girls
July 1-19, 2024
7:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. (breakfast and lunch provided)
SESSION III
Current 6th/7th grade boys only
July 1-19, 2024
7:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. (breakfast and lunch provided)
