SchoolDude Facility Rental
In District 65, we strongly believe our schools are in service to the residents of this community. As such, the District may allow the use of school facilities by community organizations with consideration first given to youth-related activities for students who reside in the District. Thereafter, use shall be granted on a first-come, first-served basis in accordance with all guidelines established for facility rental requests.
Beginning August 1, 2021, all facility rental requests must be submitted electronically via an online management system called SchoolDude. Please allow up to (20) business days for requests to be processed. Applicable fees are due (10) business days prior to the event. In addition, the Certificate of Insurance (COI) must be uploaded to your request within 10 business days after the event has been approved. Computers are available for community use in the lobby of the Joseph E. Hill Education Center (1500 McDaniel Avenue, Evanston).
