Walker School is the home of an active, vibrant volunteering community. There are many opportunities for you to help out on field trips, in classrooms, the library, and throughout the school. Your first opportunity to volunteer begins with contacting your child’s homeroom teacher to find out more about what you can do to help. If you would like to volunteer during lunch or recess, please do not hesitate to contact our office; our PTA also coordinates a lunch/recess volunteer schedule.

 

 

While a PTA works to promote the education, health and well- being of children of a particular school, it also supports child advocacy throughout the country.
