Evanston/Skokie Community Consolidated School District No. 65 (“District”) is seeking experienced and qualified firms interested in contracting with the District to provide Structural Deficit Reduction Planning Consulting Services.The framework for this plan should provide guidance and support in managing change related to the following: a revised staffing plan, right-sizing the number of district facilities to match enrollment, a plan for funding major capital needs, efficiency plans for special education and transportation services and a plan to re-bid major contracts.
