Guest Educator Program

We're Hiring Guest Educators

Guest Educator Requirements

To Qualify to become a Guest Educator, you must:

  • Hold a current Professional Educator License


  • Substitute License
  • Register with District 65

You will need to complete an application to work for District 65. The Guest Educator positions are posted on the District website. These positions include Daily Guest Educators, Long-Term Guest Educators, Guest Paraprofessionals, Guest Administrative Assistants, and Guest Registered Nurses.

If you do not have a valid Professional Educator's License or Substitute License but would like to become a Guest Educator at District 65, view the Illinois State Board of Education’s (ISBE) step-by-step instructions on obtaining your substitute license. Please note: follow the steps for the Substitute License, not the Short-Term Substitute.
