    District 65 School-Age Before/After-School Child Care:

This school-age childcare program is run by District 65. The program is available to kindergarten through 5th-grade students, ages 5-12, that are enrolled in District 65 elementary and magnet schools. Children that participate in the SACC program are divided into small groups according to age and activity. Activities are developmentally appropriate and include story-time, sports, drama, art, science, music, and indoor/outdoor play. Literacy, enrichment, and academic tutoring are integral components of the School Age Childcare Program.

Services through the School Age Childcare program are provided during the school year from 7 a.m. to the start of the school day and from the end of the school day until 6 p.m. Please be advised that childcare is not available on school holidays; however, special Optional Care is available on School Improvement Days (half-day of school) and on days where there is no school due to Parent-Teacher Conferences (October and February).
