    *Note: Board Meeting Coverage during COVID-19

    The Governor through Executive Order on Monday March 17, 2020 suspended certain Open Meetings Act requirements allowing flexibility on issues of quorum and public comments during virtual meetings. In order to comply with the State of Emergency, the District 65 Board of Education will conduct virtual board and committee meetings during the duration of COVID-19 safety measures and Governor's orders. Information on meeting coverage and access will be posted prior to any virtual meetings.

    Each month, Regular and Working Meetings of the Board of Education as well as Finance Committee meetings are streamed live online and are also available on-demand on the District 65 YouTube Channel. Meetings are uploaded within 48 hours of the meeting taking place.

    Meetings are also recorded and air live on Comcast (Xfinity) Channel 19. AT&T U-Verse customers can view live meetings by locating 'Evanston District 65' in the Channel 99 menu.
