LED Lighting Upgrades

Things are looking brighter, thanks to the LED Lighting upgrades that happened across all our D65 schools in the summer of 2022 and 2023. The new LEDs provide improved lighting levels in our schools, along with dimmable lighting options for our teachers. In the summer of 2022, we reduced our electricity usage by 25% at the 11 schools, which is saving 233 metric tons in carbon emissions.
