It's important to begin the school day on the right foot. Our students should plan to arrive at least five minutes prior to the start of the school day so they have enough time to put their personal belongings away and be prepared for the day.
Ongoing and robust professional development opportunities are important so that our educators can meet the diverse learning needs of our students. Throughout the year, School Improvement Half-Days are held to expand learning and growth for our team. On these days, students are dismissed after a half-day of attendance.
School Improvement Half-Days for the 2022-2023 school year are as follows: November 2, December 7, February 1, March 1, and May 3.
Beginning in the 2022-2023 school year, there are also two full-day School Improvement Days planned (October 12 and January 9) and there will be no school for students on those days.
