• SchoolDude Login Information

    Are you a first time SchoolDude user? Approval as a Facility Use Requestor is required before any rental requests can be submitted through SchoolDude. To become an approved user, please complete the following steps outlined below. 

    • Click the following link to review a calendar of availabilty
    • Click on 'Log in to Request Facility Use' located on the upper right corner
    • Click on the ‘Create One’ link. Accept the Terms and Conditions and enter the required information. District 65 will send an email to confirm your request. Once the account has been approved, you may begin making facility requests.

     

    Already Have an Approved Account and Ready to Submit a Facility Request?

    Click on ‘Log in to Request Facility Use’ in the top right hand corner. Check the calendar to ensure the requested dates are available. Complete all required information and submit your request. 

    What Happens After Your Request Has Been Submitted?

    Facility requests will be reviewed by District 65 and confirmation will be sent via email. If approved, requests are contingent until the certificate of insurance and all applicable fees are received at least (10) business days prior to the event.
