PBIS stands for Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports. It is a system of behavior management and support that helps teachers adopt and organize behavior interventions. PBIS is a system focused on preventing behavior issues for all students and creating an environment for that enhances academic and social outcomes throughout the school.
The Willard Way are our school-wide expectations: Be Respectful, Be Responsible and Ready, and Be Caring. All behavior expectations fall under these three main categories and help to define what appropriate behavior is throughout the school. Click here
