The Nutrition Services at JEH is dedicated to providing the highest quality food and service, in an effort to enhance the overall health and well-being of all our students. At JEH we support student learning by promoting healthy habits for life-long nutrition practices and meet state and federal requirements that are based on the Dietary Guidelines for Americans. This ensures that meals and snacks are well-balanced, age-appropriate, full of whole-grains, fruits, vegetables, and are low in fat and sodium. In addition, they are prepared to maximize student acceptability.
