Transportation application Form
In order to more efficiently serve our students and community, we ask that all students who intend to use transportation to any District 65 schools during the 2018-2019 school year complete an online application by June 30, 2018.
While ALL eligible students must apply for transportation; only magnet program (ACC and TWI-English) and magnet school (Bessie Rhodes and King Arts) students pay for this service. The 2018-2019 school board-approved fees for transportation services are as follows:
$514 per student or
$153 per student if you qualify for reduced fees.
A minimum $50 payment must be made in order to reserve a seat. The $50 will be applied to your transportation fees.
Students who qualify for free lunch will be refunded the $50 reservation cost.
Transportation applications must be completed online as a New Application or Current Rider Application. Not submitting an application may result in no bus service for the first two weeks of the school year.
Those who have applied for transportation will receive a letter this August with their child’s route information including bus stop. Please contact the Transportation Department at 847-424-2425 or at email@example.com with any questions. Thank you.
