  • Lead Testing in District 65 Schools

    Legislation was passed in Illinois earlier this year that requires preK-5th grade schools and daycares built earlier than 2000 to conduct testing for lead contamination in water. As of December 11, District 65 has received the results from testing completed at all K-5 and magnet schools. While not required, testing will be conducted in middle schools after winter break.

  • 5Essentials Survey is Now Open

    The Illinois 5Essentials Survey is now open for teachers, parents, and students. In District 65, we find the information collected as part of the statewide survey to be extremely valuable. The survey is open from December 5, 2017-January 31, 2018.
