Following are the official start and dismissal times for District 65 schools:
Students are expected to arrive at least five minutes prior to the start of the school day to give them sufficient time to line up, enter the building, put their books and jackets away, and be prepared for the day.
School Improvement Days are listed on the School Calendar. The 2012-13 School Improvement Days are: October 3rd, November 7th, December 5th, January 16th, February 6th, April 10th and May 1st. On these days students are dismissed after a half-day of attendance; faculty remain to participate in professional training.
