 School Supplies

As a convenience to our families the PTA supports a Bulk and Kit
supply program. The Bulk program is for K-5th grade and the Kits
are set up for middle school students.  Both programs are OPTIONAL
and are NOT fundraisers.  Supply Lists by Grade are available
for families who choose to purchase their own supplies.

K-5th Grade Bulk Supply Program

$50/per & $35/free and reduced

Buy-In Now, Price Goes up in the Fall

No Lists, No Stores, No Hassle

_____

The purpose of the program is to obtain the same, high-quality classroom supplies for all students on the first day of school and throughout the year.  By purchasing in bulk and recycling renewable supplies from year to year (example: scissors & rulers) we have been able to keep costs at a minimum, providing for all our families while retaining student anonymity.

Just complete the form below and return with payment to Rhodes.

Middle School Supply Kits

______

The PTA is looking for a volunteer or a team of volunteers to coordinate the 2016-17 MS Supply Program.

Job Description

In April, the coordinator or team requests an updated supply list from the middle school faculty.  In May, they work through the Staples online portal to edit the supply list, approve the pricing, set the order deadline, delivery date and print/distribute the order forms.  In June, they will need to collect and enter paper orders online.  In August, they check in the kit delivery and inform families of the kit pick-up dates.  The PTA has been running this program for 3 years and it is well suited to our community.  If you are interested in becoming the coordinator or part of the team please contact volunteers@rhodespta.net.
