Re-Registration for 3rd and 6th grades


	District 65 is in the process of re-registering students entering grades three and six. Re-registration is required only for those students. Materials were emailed/mailed to the families of these students. The completed form and residency documents are due June 21. Registration materials can be faxed (847-859-8709), emailed to parents@district65.net, mailed to or dropped off at Joseph E. Hill Education Center, 1500 McDaniel Avenue, Evanston, (there is a mailbox next to the desk in the main lobby). Reminders: All incoming kindergarten students are required to register. The application process may be started online (forms available at http://www.district65.net/parentsandstudents/registration), but is completed through an in-person visit to the JEH Education Center at 1500 McDaniel Avenue, Evanston to provide required residency verification and others documents. Any District 65 family no longer residing at the address or reachable at the phone number on file should immediately send an email to parents@district65.net with the updated information. Families moving out of the District or who know their children will not return to a District 65 school are asked to call the registration staff at 847 859-8308 to provide that information.
