League of Women Voters of Evanston, in partnership with Evanston /Skokie School District 65, is again hosting an awards ceremony for the U.S. Constitution Contest, "your Rights, your Reasons." The contest is open to all District 65 seventh graders and is designed to augment the study of the US Constitution that students undertake in preparation for their required US Constitution test.
